How do I arrange an initial interior design consultation?

We’d love to hear about your project! You can contact our team via our website, by phone, or by visiting our showroom in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. We’ll arrange an initial appointment in one of our newly renovated consultation rooms, for a time to suit you, or we can discuss your project over the phone initially.
When should I get in touch?

We would always recommend getting in touch during the early planning stages of your project. If you’re thinking of undergoing a large scale project with your home, it’s best to get in touch with us as early as possible during that process. Our team has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to spatial planning and the functionality required for everyday family life! Involving us early means we can really get to know you and understand how you want to use your new space. Our input on architects layouts, before walls are built and services are routed, can really ensure you are maximising the potential of your home. It also allows us to guide and oversee both the design aspects and project progress from the outset.

Combining interior design, construction and project management all under one roof, we offer clients a range of different services and can be involved as much or as little as you like. Our oversight of an entire project guarantees a more design-led approach when it comes to making critical decisions and a more seamless build experience from start to finish. Do you offer a design-only service?

Yes, our interior design service can be provided independently, however many of our clients choose us to utilise our fully managed service to ensure all details are delivered as designed.
Yes, we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your project. This consultation helps us understand your vision and determine the scope of the project. We recommend booking these in our showroom in Shrewsbury, so you’re able to see first hand the quality of our work and the way we operate.

Do you provide a free consultation?

We certainly can do! We offer a fully managed renovation service, taking care of the entire project from initial concept through to construction, installation and completion. By managing your project ourselves, we aim to remove unnecessary stress and admin, taking control of co-ordinating trades, sourcing product and ensuring a consistent level of quality and finish throughout.
Can you work with my existing builder or contractor?

We can collaborate with your existing builder or contractor if required. We typically work alongside our own trusted construction and installation teams, just to ensure a high level of finish and well co-ordinated timeline.
Will I have a dedicated project manager or designer?

Yes, there will be a lead point of contact throughout your interior or renovation project. They will guide you through each stage of the process, manage communication across teams and ensure everything runs smoothly.
How long does an interior design or renovation project take?

Every project is unique, so timelines vary depending on the scale and complexity of your build. At the start of a project, we will provide a clear schedule of works and estimated timescale for each phase, and keep you informed throughout the process.
Can I see physical examples of your work?

Our interior design showroom is a great place to see examples of our work in person. A walk around our kitchen, bathroom and joinery displays showcase the creativity, quality and craftsmanship of our designers, joiners and installers. For clients travelling from further afield, we also offer the opportunity to stay at our extended showroom; Foam House. This unique, four storey space in the centre of Shrewsbury was restored by our team in 2025 and exhibits the products, materials and level of detail executed across all of our own renovation projects.
