Summer House are here to support you from initial concept to completion. We can design a single room, or guide you through a full property renovation. Our team have extensive experience in residential design, so we can help you with spatial planning, lighting layouts, recommendation of products and advice on final finishes. Our aim is to alleviate the pressure off you and deliver an unrivalled quality of service and build. We’re able to work alongside any architects or contractors involved with your project, or provide our own team of trusted tradesmen to carry out the works from start to finish.

1. Discovery & Brief
Understanding your goals, lifestyle, budget and scope. We also liaise with any architects or existing contractors already involved in your project.

2. Interior Design
Concept development, site survey, 2D spatial planning, 3D visualisations and refined material palettes & colour schemes.

3. Construction & Build
On-site delivery, trade co-ordination and management of project progress.

4. Interior Fit-Out & Install
First fix and second fix, plastering, decoration and the finer details.

5. Handover & Aftercare
Final walkthrough, completion and ongoing support.

Do you offer a design-only service?

Yes, our interior design service can be provided independently or as part of a full project.

Are you an interiors company or a construction company?

Both. Our build service covers structural works, trade co-ordination, build estimations and procurement of materials, not just interior fit-outs.
Our design service offers 2D spatial planning/reconfiguration, service & lighting layouts, 3D visualisations and bespoke joinery drawings to inform the build team. We also put together cohesive interior schemes, mood boards and specifications, using both physical samples and digital tools. From a simple room remodel to a full home renovation, we’ve got you covered!

Can you work with my existing builder?

Yes, we’re happy to collaborate and work alongside any architects or contractors already involved with your build.

Do you manage the entire project?

If you’d like us to! We do offer full project management from site survey through to handover.
