Locally known as ‘The Foam House’, this 4 storey Victorian townhouse in the centre of Shrewsbury has quite a history. For a long time this property stood unoccupied and filled with expanding foam to keep it upright. Following structural repairs, we jumped head first into our most challenging renovation yet. Over months of hard work, dedication and teamwork, we rebuilt and reimagined this space from the ground up. Today, Foam House stands as 4 luxury apartments and our extended showroom. It is one of our proudest transformations and proof that with the right team and shared vision, no project is too daunting.

To completely transform the property into four luxury Airbnb apartments, which retain the building’s original character and provide all modern comforts for a home away from home

Where it all began …

The building was in poor condition, requiring significant structural repairs and a designer’s eye to see beyond all of the mess. There was a strong foundation for us to build upon and a lot of historic character to be restored. We love nothing more than a period property in need of rescuing!
